eProtein Discovery™ Software
General Information
The eProtein Discovery™ Software is Nuclera’s optional cloud-based software that supports users in the design and execution of combinatorial protein expression experiments on the eProtein Discovery™ platform.
On our fully integrated eProtein Discovery™ system users can:
- Upload and record their sequences of interest.
- Optimize AA sequences for expression on the eProtein Discovery™ Instrument.
- Fully design DNA constructs compatible with Nuclera technology.
- Develop novel mutants and constructs using the power of AlphaFold.
- Insert and add our custom suite of solubility tags to increase protein expression and yield.
- Design and directly upload experiments with custom conditions and downselection options to the instrument.
- Analyze experiments and determine ideal scale-up conditions to express your protein.
How to access eProtein Discovery™ Software
Software Requirements: Our cloud software is available on any computer with a working internet connection, and has been tested and optimized to work on major browsers (other browsers may also work), without the need to download or install additional packages:
